  • Lead complex projects and problem resolution efforts related to risk management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • experience in Compliance, Risk Management, and/or Audit within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Strong foundation in regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide balanced and actionable guidance.
  • Ability to lead through influence, build trust, and collaborate effectively.
