About the role

  • Perform product designs specialized in experience design knowledge and developed business expertise.
  • Lead projects and/or programs within the product function with moderate scope impacting function or sub-function.
  • Create customer experiences across digital and physical products within general parameters under broad supervision.
  • May act as a subject matter resource for entry level and developing colleagues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and shipping consumer mobile app experiences, with a strong track record of measurable impact.
  • Comfort in operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, paired with excellent communication and collaboration skills; confident in presenting to senior and executive audiences.
  • Exceptional craft skills, including the ability to build realistic prototypes and work fluently with design systems, pattern libraries, repositories, and internal design tooling.
  • Deep understanding of product design methodologies and lifecycle, across multiple channels and platforms.
  • User-centered mindset, with experience leveraging design research to uncover insights and inform decisions.
  • Highly self-sufficient, able to manage design responsibilities independently and balance iterative exploration with milestone-driven delivery.
  • General awareness of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and how they impact design implementation.
  • Experience in fintech or financial products is a plus.
