About the role

  • audit, analyze, and maintain the overall quality of data in various systems related to employee personal and work information
  • develop and maintain process documentation and execute complex transactional work
  • support/lead ongoing projects and initiatives, and liaise with business leaders, COEs, HRBPs, and vendors to support organizational changes and reporting
  • ensure consistency and accuracy of employee data and adherence to processes and technology
  • drive process and technology efficiencies and best practices for data integrity
  • interpret reports and spreadsheets, identifying data integrity issues
  • mitigate data discrepancies and minimize redundant process steps through continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
