- Collaborate internally to influence the quality and effectiveness of risk management processes.
- Analyze and assess risks to provide informed recommendations for mitigation strategies.
- Work outside defined processes to determine appropriate actions in complex situations.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for entry-level and developing colleagues on risk management practices and strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate risk assessments and proposed solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Lead cross-functional efforts in playbook development, integrating legal, compliance, and risk requirements for specialized verticals.
- Exceptional written and oral communication.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and influencing skills across multiple disciplines and geographies.
- Proven agility and independence in managing competing priorities, complex requirements, and time-sensitive deliverables in a dynamic environment.
- Direct experience developing business enablement playbooks, conducting diligence, and leading regulated risk assessments in a large financial institution.
