  • Analyze and assess risks to provide informed recommendations for mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts in playbook development, integrating legal, compliance, and risk requirements for specialized verticals.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and influencing skills across multiple disciplines and geographies.
  • Proven agility and independence in managing competing priorities, complex requirements, and time-sensitive deliverables in a dynamic environment.
  • Direct experience developing business enablement playbooks, conducting diligence, and leading regulated risk assessments in a large financial institution.
