About the role

  • Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.
  • Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements
  • Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making
  • Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
  • Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution.
  • Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed.
  • Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Create AI first experiences to drive customer experience and retention when the customer is impacted by risk actions
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business and customer needs into clearly defined product problems and priorities.
  • Proven ability to drive execution end-to-end, delivering outcomes on time while managing dependencies and trade-offs.
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities to inform product strategy, decision-making, or feature development.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and results.
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to articulate product vision, decisions, and trade-offs to diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven approach to product decisions, with experience defining metrics, interpreting insights, and measuring impact.
