- Oversee and coordinate related projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals.
- Organize daily activities based on organizational goals.
- Develop and implement new programs that support objectives.
- Monitor projects and oversee project managers.
- Evaluate program strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop program budgets and plans.
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
- Improve strategies with the marketing team.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Strategy roles.
- Experience writing or maintaining operational governance policies.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with Salesforce, BEAM, or similar CRM/sales planning tools.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in high-growth or matrixed organizations preferred.
