  • Lead agile practices—including sprint planning and retrospectives—to ensure seamless execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, researchers, and data scientists to identify opportunities, improve experiences, and deliver meaningful, customer-focused innovation

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking
  • Experience working with Partnerships like schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Banks, PSPs)
  • Experience with Consumer as well as Merchant/Business Facing Products
  • Experience in building and scaling platforms to accelerate growth
