Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience

- Complex Deal Structuring & Negotiation
- Consulting & Advisory
- Analytical & Commercial Rigor
- Cross-functional Leadership
- Knowledge of PIX, SPEI, and open finance
- Strong negotiation experience with LATAM fintechs
- Fluency in Portuguese (Brazil) or Spanish (Mexico), plus English
