About the role
- Develop and implement data science models and algorithms to support business needs
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets and perform advanced statistical analysis and reporting
- Ensure data quality and integrity and optimize data processes for efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering) to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
- Drive risk strategy recommendations for profitable business growth and support fraud and credit risk initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge in data analytics to extract, analyze and transform data into risk strategy recommendations for profitable business growth
- Experience in consumer or Small Medium Business (SMB) fraud and credit risk
- Experience in multiple markets (preferred)
- Experience in a Fintech working with Product and Engineering organization (preferred)
- Proven track record in driving positive outcomes between risk management and business leaders through detailed analytical skills
- Ability to develop and implement data science models and algorithms
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and ensure data quality and integrity
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and reporting
