💰 $111,500 - $191,950 per year
About the role
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that enable PayPal to provide world-class customer experiences
- Partner with senior leaders across SE, Product, Compliance, Legal, Content, and other functions to ensure alignment and mitigate risks
- Manage transformation programs and shape strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement program plans and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party contractors
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide strategic guidance to project managers and mentor junior project managers
- Foster a high-performance culture and champion operational excellence across the SE organization
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years in program management, customer operations, management consulting, or transformation roles (preferred)
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (Advanced degree preferred) or equivalent professional experience
- Expertise in program management methodologies
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and Looker
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interrogate data, challenge assumptions, and influence strategic decisions
