About the role
- Develop and communicate a deep understanding of the payments industry, market trends, and evolving customer needs.
- Build expertise in the company’s payment software products and clearly articulate their competitive advantages.
- Define and maintain detailed buyer and user personas, ensuring messaging aligns with customer priorities.
- Create high-impact, client-facing content including presentations, website copy, blogs, and other assets.
- Lead go-to-market activities for product and feature launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and sales is equipped to succeed.
- Partner closely with go-to-market teams to deliver effective sales enablement, messaging, and positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product marketing strategies that drive customer adoption and business growth.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, delivering insights that position the company effectively and enable sales to win.
- Lead product-related training and internal knowledge-sharing across the organization.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of product marketing programs, continuously refining strategies for impact.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of product marketing experience in B2B technology (SaaS, fintech, or payments industry experience strongly preferred).
- Proven success in positioning and launching products in emerging or competitive markets.
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution of deliverables.
- Strong track record of creating messaging, sales tools, and go-to-market assets that drive measurable impact.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and writing skills; creative problem solver.
- Highly collaborative yet able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
- Base salary per year (paid semi-monthly)
