Systems Engineer

• Architect, build, and optimize PayNearMe’s enterprise tools ecosystem, with Salesforce as a core platform
• Ensure business systems are scalable, reliable, and cohesive across departments
• Support key initiatives such as quote-to-cash optimization, billing automation, client onboarding automation, revenue operations support, and contract lifecycle management
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and key business systems
• Implement automation and data synchronization using API’s, middleware, and/or low-code platforms
• Define data flow standards, mapping, and orchestration patterns to reduce duplication and improve visibility across teams
• Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate and implement new SaaS tools within governance frameworks
• Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance teams to design automated quote-to-cash system
• Build processes and controls to reinforce Salesforce as source of truth for account names, contacts, contracts, access controls, pricing, etc.
