Architect, build, and optimize PayNearMe’s enterprise tools ecosystem, with Salesforce as a core platform
Ensure business systems are scalable, reliable, and cohesive across departments
Support key initiatives such as quote-to-cash optimization, billing automation, client onboarding automation, revenue operations support, and contract lifecycle management
Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and key business systems
Implement automation and data synchronization using API’s, middleware, and/or low-code platforms
Define data flow standards, mapping, and orchestration patterns to reduce duplication and improve visibility across teams
Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate and implement new SaaS tools within governance frameworks
Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance teams to design automated quote-to-cash system
Build processes and controls to reinforce Salesforce as source of truth for account names, contacts, contracts, access controls, pricing, etc.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience
Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and declarative automation
Strong experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and integration patterns.
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills across business and technical teams
