About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively source passive candidates using all tools available
- Thinking outside the box to keep talent pipeline flowing by researching new sources for candidate sourcing
- Exceed company goals for recruiting process
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and cultural alignment with Paynada
- Represent Paynada as the first point of contact and build long-term candidate relationships
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience from application through hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to refine recruiting strategies
- Maintain accurate notes and records in ATS (ADP WorkforceNow)
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting efforts
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2-3 years of full cycle sales recruiting experience, preferably in financial services
- Proven track record of exceeding recruiting quota
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage day in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS Software (ADP WorkforceNow) or related software.
- Basic understanding of payment processing systems and merchant services preferred.
- Good home internet connection.
