About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively source passive candidates using all tools available
  • Thinking outside the box to keep talent pipeline flowing by researching new sources for candidate sourcing
  • Exceed company goals for recruiting process
  • Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and cultural alignment with Paynada
  • Represent Paynada as the first point of contact and build long-term candidate relationships
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience from application through hiring process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to refine recruiting strategies
  • Maintain accurate notes and records in ATS (ADP WorkforceNow)
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting efforts
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of full cycle sales recruiting experience, preferably in financial services
  • Proven track record of exceeding recruiting quota
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage day in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS Software (ADP WorkforceNow) or related software.
  • Basic understanding of payment processing systems and merchant services preferred.
  • Good home internet connection.
