Requirements
- 5+ years of current outside sales leadership experience in the Credit Card Processing Industry/Merchant Services Industry.
- Experience building and managing large, high-energy, geographically spread-out sales teams for the past 5 years.
- A knack for finding and hiring sales superstars.
- A deep understanding of credit card processing, POS solutions, and payment tech achieved by working in the industry for at least 5 years.
- Great communication and leadership skills that inspire teams to aim high.
- A creative, strategic mind that loves a good challenge and thrives on staying ahead of the curve.
