About the role

  • Lead and evolve compensation and benefits strategy across more than 60 countries
  • Design and maintain global salary band structures and job families
  • Benchmark compensation regularly, especially in complex markets
  • Develop and implement global salary architecture across levels and geographies
  • Manage job architecture including job levelling, titling frameworks, and role descriptions
  • Evaluate and evolve compensation packages for internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders on offer structuring and pay decisions
  • Support annual compensation cycles and collaborate with Finance and Legal for compliance
  • Own compensation systems and processes, including equity platforms and benchmarking tools
  • Lead benefits strategy: create global benefits matrix, modernise legacy benefits, and benchmark benefits to align with retention and wellbeing goals

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits, ideally in a high-growth fintech or tech environment
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing salary structures and job levelling frameworks
  • Experience managing benefits programs across multiple countries
  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Proven track record managing global salary architecture, equity compensation, and benefits strategy
  • Experience with benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob)
  • High proficiency in Excel and compensation analytics
