About the role
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insight on organisational structure and team effectiveness
- Independently manage or advise on mid-to-high complexity employee relations matters
- Lead or co-lead workforce planning activities, analysts on capability needs
- Improve and standardise onboarding, performance, and employee lifecycle processes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for capability frameworks and policy harmonisation
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in People Business Partnering or advanced HR advisory roles
- Strong judgement and credibility when influencing senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and solving complex problems
- Deep expertise in organisational design, restructures, performance management, and multi-jurisdiction employee relations
- Analytical mindset, combining qualitative insight and workforce data
