El analista de capacitación de ventas será responsable de diseñar e implementar programas, herramientas e iniciativas de aprendizaje y facilitar la información comercial para que el equipo de ventas trabaje de manera más eficiente, identificando brechas de desempeño y conocimiento para crecer el negocio.
Deliver the sales enablement products and services to all the stakeholders; work with experts in different areas/departments for training content design (content/materials for internal and external audiences).
Design, develop and implement learning tools in different formats.
Work with the commercial team to address knowledge gaps of clients and their staff; define action plans to increase sales productivity and improve efficiency of the sales team, stores and clerks through training initiatives.
Understand the different processes across the organization and participate in the design and implementation of enhancement initiatives.
Measure the performance of internal sales areas (KPIs, KBIs, KKIs and KSIs), monitor the impact of training to correlate with results, and find improvement opportunities.
Drive all actions/initiatives that will unlock greater sales opportunities.
Requirements
+2 years experience in sales enablement, data analysis, Marketing, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas (such as sales cycle, field training, design skills, sales productivity, etc.)
Intermediate Level in SQL and Data-Viz tools (As Tableau, Looker Studio)
Strong skill sets of: Google Sheets and Excel
Capacity for organization, communication, synthesis skills and lead group meetings in-person or virtually.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering to have an impact.
Desirable analytical thinking and Problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.
