About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day operations with field agencies (Salesland and Overall), ensuring compliance with schedules, coverage, and execution standards at point of sale.
- Track promoter attendance, shifts, incidents, and requests, ensuring timely resolution and proper coverage across all assigned locations.
- Coordinate directly with agencies for promoter allocation, replacements, and staffing adjustments based on commercial needs.
- Monitor compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and operational targets, and follow up regularly to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Conduct frequent check-ins with agencies to review performance, service levels, and operational issues.
- Validate and reconcile agency reports (attendance, productivity, and billing), ensuring accuracy before processing invoices.
- Register invoices in the system and follow up to ensure timely payment to agency partners.
- Support the implementation of field initiatives (campaigns, activations, incentives), ensuring proper execution by promoters.
- Generate and maintain operational reports on promoter performance, coverage, and sales support activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of field activities and alignment with business needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in field operations, sales support, or promoter/retail management, preferably in industries such as telecom, retail, or financial services.
- Proven ability to manage operational KPIs (attendance, coverage, productivity) and handle large volumes of data with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to coordinate effectively with external partners and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (intermediate to advanced level) for reporting, tracking, and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
