About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve the assigned monthly sales target.
  • Ensure month-to-month sales continuity with customers in the assigned territory.
  • Develop high-value commercial relationships with customers.
  • Fulfill the visit plan in your territory.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and contact new commercial partners.
  • Keep the customer database up to date and record all interactions and sales made.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical or university studies in related areas such as Business Administration, Communications, or similar.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, software sales, mobile or field device sales, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective relationships and train partner staff.
  • Results-oriented: proactivity, organization, perseverance, and resilience are essential attributes.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills are required, as you will be responsible for store performance and sales.
  • Availability to travel to visit stores; must have your own transportation to cover assigned areas (car or motorcycle).
