About the role
- - Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the process.
- - Proactive sourcing of candidates to fill future positions. Create projects to ensure a solid pipeline of candidates.
- - Screen and rank resumes and candidate applications based on job responsibilities.
- - Conduct pre-screening calls to analyze candidates' capabilities and culture fit. Interview candidates to assess their knowledge, skills, experience and aptitude.
- - Act as point of contact with candidates, facilitating the interview process, scheduling interviews with hiring managers and interview teams, and building influential relationships with candidates during the selection process.
- - Brand employer, being the spokesperson for PayJoy's culture to external candidates.
- - Understand PayJoy's mission, products, services and culture in order to promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
Requirements
- - Proven work experience as a Recruiter hiring from entry to senior levels (Go to market and Engineering/IT roles).
- - Proven experience working closely with Senior Managers and Executives.
- - Proven experience recruiting for LATAM markets for fast paced environments/startups is a plus.
- - Hands-on experience with a variety of results-oriented sourcing methods.
- - Solid ability to screen applicants and conduct different types of interviews.
- - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems/ATS (Lever is plus) and HR databases.
- - English proficiency, Portuguese is a plus.
