About the role
- Process inbound leads, activating marketing-qualified accounts.
- Use Salesforce and Groove to monitor marketing campaign activity and enroll qualified prospects into sales outreach.
- Implement BANT qualification framework for hand-raisers.
- Attend discovery meetings with sales counterparts and document meeting notes in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with sales to define and execute activities for engaging high-value target accounts.
- Conduct focused 1:1 outbounding against top target accounts, orchestrating efforts with demand generation and sales counterparts.
- Design and execute customized sales outreach cadences for account type and buyer persona.
- Support event success through meeting-setting outreach and representation at key trade events.
- Amplify PayIt's messages through your LinkedIn presence, connecting with industry professionals, and reposting content.
- Occasionally support client outreach campaigns and other Sales and Marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales or marketing
- Demonstrated research skills and awareness of modern business practices.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Sales outreach tools (Salesloft, Groove, etc).
- Willingness to travel 10-20%
