About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for developing our network of service partners (accounting experts, consultants, integrators) with a clear objective: to recruit the best partners to distribute PayFit to their clients.
  • Partner sourcing & qualification: Identify and target partners aligned with our Ideal Partner Profile, organize and run discovery meetings, and qualify the partnership opportunity, commercial potential, and willingness to collaborate.
  • Pitch & demo: Present PayFit and its partnership program, run product demonstrations, and highlight the platform’s key features to meet partners’ and their clients’ specific needs.
  • Negotiation and contract signing: Manage contractual discussions through to signature. Hand off new partners to the Partner Account Executive responsible for their onboarding and ongoing enablement.
  • Continuous improvement: Help structure partner recruitment at PayFit and document field learnings (playbooks, templates, best practices).
  • Success indicators (KPIs): Signed partnerships, leads generated via partners, conversion rate & MRR generated.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have initial experience as an AE, SDR, or in partnership development (around 2 years in role).
  • You know how to build a trusting relationship with demanding stakeholders — an accountant is not a standard prospect.
  • You are organized, autonomous, and comfortable managing multiple deals in parallel.
  • You have worked in or with an accounting firm — you understand the industry’s codes, constraints, and referral logic.
  • You have a SaaS sensibility or a strong curiosity about HR/payroll tools.
  • You are comfortable in a scale-up environment where processes are often defined as you go.
