About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • contribute to PayFit's growth
  • generate as many sales opportunities as possible (100% outbound)
  • identify, qualify (20% email & 80% phone) and convince prospects
  • prospect and build a sales pipeline with the aim of generating qualified leads for our Account Executives
  • understand prospects' needs to propose an appropriate solution
  • identify key decision-makers and influencers
  • work closely with your Sales Manager to grow your pipeline
  • ensure clear and relevant prospective customer data is entered into Salesforce
  • proactively share your ideas and best practices with your team
  • develop skills with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach (Sequences + Calls), Notion, Slack, Looker, TextExpander
