Business Developer / SDR
PayFitSales Development Representative generating outbound sales opportunities for PayFit, a SaaS payroll solution company focusing on SMEs in France. Collaborating with sales managers to meet sales targets and enhance pipeline efficiency.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- contribute to PayFit's growth
- generate as many sales opportunities as possible (100% outbound)
- identify, qualify (20% email & 80% phone) and convince prospects
- prospect and build a sales pipeline with the aim of generating qualified leads for our Account Executives
- understand prospects' needs to propose an appropriate solution
- identify key decision-makers and influencers
- work closely with your Sales Manager to grow your pipeline
- ensure clear and relevant prospective customer data is entered into Salesforce
- proactively share your ideas and best practices with your team
- develop skills with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach (Sequences + Calls), Notion, Slack, Looker, TextExpander
Requirements
What you’ll need- you are concise and organized
- you have abundant energy and use it to persuade as many prospects as possible
- you are always curious and eager to learn more
- 0 to 2 years of sales experience
- you want to continuously train and learn from the best in sales development
- you enjoy challenges and exceeding your targets
