About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate business goals into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Own and manage the backlog so priorities are clear and sprint goals are realistic.
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for developers who need clarification on requirements, priorities, or edge cases.
Break down larger AI initiatives into MVPs, phased releases, and practical increments.
Partner with engineering and product leadership on AI-powered features, copilots, assistants, and agent-based workflows.
Help define expected outcomes, guardrails, fallback logic, and success metrics for AI-enabled capabilities.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
Track delivery metrics and help improve collaboration across distributed teams.
Support lightweight analysis of product usage, customer feedback, and delivery outcomes to inform prioritization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Program Manager, or similar role in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
Proven ability to write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage a backlog effectively.
Experience supporting sprint execution and working closely with engineering teams.
Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Comfort working with teams building AI-powered features, AI-assisted workflows, or agent-based capabilities.
Comfort using or learning modern AI tools such as Claude, Amazon Bedrock, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
