About the role

  • Coordinate and support logistics for both internal and external events.
  • Handle pre-show planning and production tasks to ensure successful tradeshows.
  • Develop promotional materials and assist with strategies for tradeshows.
  • Coordination of on-site production during tradeshows.
  • Produce and manage requests for proposal (RFP) documents.
  • Administer RFP software tools to streamline production processes.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating HubSpot CRM data and processes.
  • Support the administration and use of PandaDoc software for proposal automation.
  • Provide backup support for Salesforce CRM management.
  • Produce training materials and coordinate training sessions for sales and product teams.
  • Production of HR Newsletter and HR assistance with marketing-related needs.
  • Provide support for special projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales enablement, and/or event management (preferred)
  • 2 years’ experience in background screening or HR solutions industry (required)
  • 2 years’ experience handling RFP development (preferred)
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Beginner proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and document automation software (PandaDoc).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
