Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical issuance systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture
Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our issuance services
Optimize existing issuance infrastructure
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers
Stay informed about emerging trends in blockchain and financial technology
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making processes

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Golang, Kotlin, Rust, Java, C++, Python
Proven experience working in the crypto / blockchain industry
Strong computer science fundamentals
Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and tools
Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective collaboration and communication skills
Experience with blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or cryptographic principles is a plus
A passion for learning and applying new technologies
