About the role
- Negotiate various commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and vendor agreements
- Manage legal entity formation and governance and become an expert on Paxos’s international corporate structure
- Manage Paxos’ legal operations
- Build organizational systems to make our Legal team more efficient
Requirements
- 2+ years of law firm paralegal experience
- Experience working on corporate and transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing legal agreements
- Experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment
- Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills
