Accounting Manager

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and financial closing process
• Manage and lead members of our growing accounting team
• Supervise the daily accounting operations
• Work with the internal team to successfully execute the external audits
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and international statutory reporting requirements
• Review reconciliations, work papers and supporting schedules to ensure they are prepared with high quality
• Guide the team in the development, implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and internal controls
• Aid in the development and implementation of new or enhanced, scalable processes to support the company’s growth, and drive continuous improvement
• Enable the Company to meet internal and external reporting requirements
