About the role
- Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion on time and within budget, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Creates project charter and manages the scope of the project, including customer priorities and expectations of product and services.
- Leads, facilitates, coordinates, and tracks day-to- day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, established processes, and/or the standard terms and conditions of the contract.
- Acts as the point of contact on assigned projects, performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as: assembling, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams.
- Facilitates and troubleshoots the myriad of problems associated with developing complex systems or with coordinating and development, and design projects.
- Coordinates schedules of staff and other interested parties.
- Creates and uses project plans for assigned projects, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to identify risks to project success; develops effective action plans for resolution, including the timely escalation of project issues or risks.
- Provides leadership, direction and communication for customers and Paxera Health project team.
- Accurately forecasts current and future go-live project along with quarterly revenue for each assigned project.
- Uses governance tools (scope document, project status reports, risk and change logs, tollgates, and basecamp, etc.), for all assigned projects, to effectively manage all projects.
- Performs project and workflow designs.
- Develops and delivers effective presentations to departmental managers, colleagues, clients, distributors and other stakeholder groups as needed to manage projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Project management experience required
- Specific knowledge of PACS/Medical Imaging is required
- Prefer experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT software solutions
- Prefer knowledge of hospital systems and procedures that integrate with PaxeraHealth solutions
- Must be technologically proficient
- CIIP certification is helpful
- Prefer knowledge of Basecamp (project management & Team communication tool )
