About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are the legal driving force who supports our clients as if we were their in-house legal department
You build trust and take the lead on negotiations, contract management, data protection, compliance and other legal areas, acting with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
You help develop and maintain our internal legal workflows, standard contracts, knowledge bases and templates
You contribute ideas for improving our work processes, tools and interfaces (e.g., AI components, automation, data modeling)
You are actively involved in shaping our service architecture — how we onboard, manage and scale mandates

Requirements

What you’ll need

First state law examination or an equivalent qualification (e.g., Master in Business Law) with above-average grades
At least 3–6 years of professional experience, ideally in a legal department or other in-house environment
Experience in contract law, data protection and compliance; experience in employment law and corporate law is a plus
Interest in process optimization, tools and automation
Ability to work independently, show initiative and strong communication skills
German (C2) and fluent English
