Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to shape technical direction across multiple teams or large engineering organizations
  • Extensive experience designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native platforms
  • Proven capability to drive organization-wide engineering improvements and technology adoption
  • Deep architectural thinking focused on systemic challenges
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, governance, and responsible adoption
  • Expertise evaluating technology investments from technical, operational, security, and business perspectives
  • Advanced proficiency using modern AI tools to improve software development workflows and engineering productivity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without authority
  • Experience mentoring senior engineers and developing high-performing technical organizations
  • Valid right to work in the United States
  • Valuable additional experience with autonomous agent systems in production
  • Valuable additional experience with multi-step AI workflows, orchestration, or durable execution frameworks
  • Valuable additional experience with retrieval systems, embeddings, vector databases, or contextual knowledge architectures
