Improve legal operations through automation, simplification and intelligent workflows.
Manage legal budgets, resource planning and organizational design.

Requirements

Extensive experience advising on complex commercial and technology-related transactions
Proven leadership experience building, developing and scaling legal teams
Demonstrated success operating within fast-growing technology or SaaS environments
A strong blend of top-tier legal training and practical in-house commercial judgement
The ability to balance legal risk with business opportunity in a pragmatic way
Experience influencing executive leaders and driving strategic decision making
Confidence operating in environments where ambiguity, growth and change are constants
Demonstrated success implementing scalable processes, governance and operational excellence
Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation and emerging technologies
