Own and drive the vision and outcomes for foundational product areas, ensuring systems meet the highest standards of reliability and integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in product or program management within financial or compliance-driven environments
Proven track record delivering scalable, auditable systems that meet global regulatory standards
Demonstrated success leading and developing product management teams
Strong ability to bridge technical, financial, and regulatory perspectives into practical product decisions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
Highly organized and execution-focused, with a bias toward delivering outcomes
Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders
Data-driven mindset, with experience defining and tracking meaningful success metrics
