About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and grow strategic relationships with key vendors, acting as their trusted partner and primary contact
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue and drive adoption across the Pax8 ecosystem
  • Align closely with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to bring vendor solutions to life
  • Use data and insights to guide decision-making, optimise performance, and identify growth opportunities
  • Lead enablement initiatives that empower teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed
  • Increase vendor investment and engagement through strategic planning and collaborative programmes
  • Run business reviews, track performance against KPIs, and ensure continued success across vendor portfolios
  • Drive innovation by introducing new services, solutions, and capabilities into the business
  • Identify risks and opportunities across the vendor lifecycle and take decisive action

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in vendor alliance management, channel sales, or strategic partner development
  • Strong understanding of cloud, SaaS, or technology ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that deliver commercial results
  • Extensive experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams
  • Strong commercial and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and act on insights
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present, influence, and build trust at all levels
  • Experience working with sales processes, forecasting, and reporting tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for building partnerships and achieving shared success
