Key responsibilities & impact

Build trusted coaching relationships with a diverse portfolio of IT MSP partners
Deliver impactful 1:1 coaching sessions that drive measurable business outcomes
Collaborate with content teams to shape thought leadership and partner-facing resources
Continuously develop your coaching expertise, incorporating leading business frameworks and methodologies
Keep partners accountable to their goals while supporting strategic decision-making
Accurately document progress, engagement activity, and results achieved
Optionally lead peer groups, facilitate workshops, and contribute as a trainer

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years in a leadership role at an IT MSP
Strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and performance improvement
Proven ability to coach, influence, and inspire leaders to achieve meaningful results
Familiarity with structured business operating systems and coaching frameworks
Broad knowledge of IT services, tools, and business processes
Exceptional organization, communication, and client service capabilities
Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities
Ability to simplify complex topics and guide others through change
Experience developing people and driving accountability
Confident handling of challenging conversations and conflict resolution
Passion for continuous learning, self-development, and industry engagement
