About the role
- Collaborate closely with the Academy Coaching team to assess partner needs and ensure adoption
- Conduct in-depth assessments to understand partner needs and align PSA systems accordingly
- Develop and present tailored implementation plans that support business goals
- Configure and customize PSA systems, ensuring alignment with partner workflows
- Lead data migration efforts with a focus on integrity and security
- Lead accounting integrations and billing setup (QuickBooks Online, Xero)
- Deliver engaging training sessions to empower end-users
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth integration and adoption
- Document processes and create knowledge base content for ongoing support
- Stay current on PSA best practices and industry trends
- Report to the Senior Director of Professional Services
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience implementing and administering PSA systems
- Deep expertise in Halo PSA, including service delivery, accounting integrations (QuickBooks Online/Xero), billing, procurement, and data migration
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, PowerShell, and API functionality (a plus)
- Experience with MSP tools like RMM, ITGlue/Hudu, and Microsoft CSP/Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset and collaborative spirit
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience
- Halo PSA certification or relevant vendor certifications
