About the role

  • Lead the roadmap and strategy for data initiatives that fuel enterprise tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and ServiceNow
  • Work cross-functionally with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to build scalable data pipelines
  • Optimize data warehouses and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Own and evolve the data engineering product roadmap aligned with business OKRs
  • Enhance data accessibility and usability across enterprise platforms
  • Apply product thinking to improve the data consumer experience
  • Collaborate across teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact solutions
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage sprint execution
  • Stay ahead of trends in data engineering, governance, and AI-first practices
  • Use KPIs and OKRs to measure success and guide trade-off decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience in technical domains like platform engineering or developer tooling
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Redshift, BigQuery, Hive, Kafka, Airflow, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of data infrastructure and consumer pain points
  • Proven ability to prioritize backlogs and write clear, actionable user stories
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Rally, or Trello
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for solving complex problems
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance product management and data engineering outcomes
