Key responsibilities & impact

Lead engaging, tailored technical demonstrations that validate solution fit and move opportunities forward
Act as the technical authority during demos and onboarding, ensuring accurate positioning and partner alignment
Surface technical risks early and guide partners toward effective mitigation strategies
Provide onboarding and implementation guidance aligned to partner goals and defined processes
Support Solutions Consultants by confidently addressing technical questions, objections, and validation needs
Continuously improve demo assets, onboarding materials, and internal knowledge resources
Build and maintain strong technical expertise across multiple vendors in complex solution environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Substantial ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and translate them into partner value
Proven understanding of multi-vendor solution ecosystems and real-world implementation considerations
Demonstrated confidence operating independently in partner-facing technical engagements
Strong organizational discipline with consistent follow-through
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; relevant technical certifications are a plus
Willingness to travel infrequently (approximately 5–10%)
