About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and lead the global vendor alliance strategy aligned to Pax8’s long-term vision
- Act as a trusted executive advisor to strategic vendors, deeply understanding their goals and growth ambitions
- Design and drive global go-to-market and investment strategies that unlock new revenue and market opportunities
- Lead structured business cadences including executive reviews and quarterly planning sessions
- Champion vendor visibility and influence across the Pax8 Marketplace
- Translate performance insights into actionable strategies that maximise joint outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver compelling business cases, commercial models, and growth initiatives
- Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative, strategic culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in sales, business development, or partner-led growth within the technology ecosystem
- Demonstrated success leading and developing senior teams in complex, fast-moving environments
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and align diverse stakeholders behind a shared vision
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving scalable GTM strategies and monetization models
- Deep understanding of indirect channels and partner-centric growth strategies
- Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insight into execution at scale
