About the role
- Champion Microsoft security solutions across the M365 security stack, helping partners confidently position and adopt them
- Act as the execution engine for partner success strategies, supporting a defined portfolio of ANZ partners
- Deliver and co-present workshops, webinars, briefings, and enablement sessions focused on Security and AI adoption
- Help partners activate more customers, expand existing customer usage, and support renewals
- Embed a consistent rhythm of engagement with partners and Microsoft stakeholders
- Drive demand generation activities across campaigns, events, and digital channels
- Use Microsoft tools and insights to uncover growth opportunities and guide partner conversations
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in IT sales, partner enablement, marketing, or business development
- Exposure to cybersecurity or security-minded technical environments, Microsoft or otherwise
- A strong interest in Microsoft Security, with commitment to achieving relevant certifications early
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and communicate complex ideas simply
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to different partner needs
- A collaborative, curious mindset with a passion for learning and community building
