About the role

  • Focus on enabling existing Microsoft partners to drive adoption, activation, and expansion of AI capabilities
  • Execute partner growth plays by turning Microsoft-focused strategies into practical, repeatable actions
  • Run enablement moments that matter including workshops, briefings, webinars and campaigns
  • Mobilise partner go-to-market by helping partners shape compelling offers, packages and messaging
  • Guide partners through Microsoft programs and resources
  • Use Microsoft targeting insights to identify customer opportunities
  • Build a consistent engagement rhythm with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Support key lifecycle moments such as renewals and Microsoft-led calls to action
  • Continuously upskill in Microsoft AI through certifications and structured learning

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner-facing sales, marketing, enablement, or business development within the IT or cloud ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft partner landscape and what drives partner growth and capability
  • Familiarity with Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure and Copilot
  • Confidence facilitating workshops, webinars or briefings
  • Ability to turn strategy into action: building plans, running outreach, and executing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Comfortable navigating complexity, juggling priorities, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned
  • Relationship-first approach: empathetic, credible, and able to influence without authority
  • Commitment to complete an applicable Microsoft certification within your first 90 days
