About the role
- Focus on enabling existing Microsoft partners to drive adoption, activation, and expansion of AI capabilities
- Execute partner growth plays by turning Microsoft-focused strategies into practical, repeatable actions
- Run enablement moments that matter including workshops, briefings, webinars and campaigns
- Mobilise partner go-to-market by helping partners shape compelling offers, packages and messaging
- Guide partners through Microsoft programs and resources
- Use Microsoft targeting insights to identify customer opportunities
- Build a consistent engagement rhythm with partners and internal stakeholders
- Support key lifecycle moments such as renewals and Microsoft-led calls to action
- Continuously upskill in Microsoft AI through certifications and structured learning
Requirements
- Proven experience in partner-facing sales, marketing, enablement, or business development within the IT or cloud ecosystem
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft partner landscape and what drives partner growth and capability
- Familiarity with Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure and Copilot
- Confidence facilitating workshops, webinars or briefings
- Ability to turn strategy into action: building plans, running outreach, and executing campaigns across multiple channels
- Comfortable navigating complexity, juggling priorities, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned
- Relationship-first approach: empathetic, credible, and able to influence without authority
- Commitment to complete an applicable Microsoft certification within your first 90 days
