About the role
- Support the Onboarding Manager in bringing new customers onto our platform efficiently and in line with our regulatory obligations.
- Responsible for carrying out KYC and due diligence checks, reviewing customer documentation, and ensuring that all onboarding processes run smoothly from start to finish.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Compliance to deliver a seamless and compliant onboarding experience for our customers.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer care throughout the onboarding journey.
Requirements
- 2+ year experience in a client due diligence role within financial services.
- Proven experience performing KYC/KYB checks for business clients, including reviewing corporate structures, beneficial ownership, and company registration documents.
- Strong practical understanding of risk-based approaches to onboarding and customer due diligence.
- Good understanding of FCA regulations and financial industry compliance standards.
- Experience using onboarding and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar) would be advantageous.
