About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Chapter Program end-to-end
- Manage the portfolio of 70+ active Chapters
- Own the Chapter Head compensation framework
- Lead and develop the Ambassador Programs Associate
- Build the operating rhythm between you and the Associate
- Recruit, onboard, and enable Chapter Heads
- Design and run the Chapter Head communications cadence
- Measure Chapter performance and report on it
- Partner across the company
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of progressive experience in community program management, membership operations, field programs, or related discipline
- Direct experience running a community or membership program at scale
- Field program experience strongly preferred
- Strong operational instincts
