About the role
- Own the member acquisition strategy and execution
- Develop integrated campaign strategies that leverage multiple channels (digital, events, community, partnerships, referrals) to drive awareness and conversion
- Build and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient CAC and strong ROI across programs
- Collaborate with Sales and Member Experience teams to define ideal member profiles and qualification criteria
- Create testing roadmaps to continuously optimize conversion rates across the funnel
- Design and execute multi-touch campaigns targeting key personas (CROs, VPs of Sales, customer success leaders, marketing executives, etc.)
- Manage campaign calendars and cross-functional execution across Content, Design, Events, and Digital teams
- Oversee paid media strategy and execution (LinkedIn, Google, display, retargeting, etc.)
- Build email nurture programs that educate prospects on Pavilion's value and move them toward membership
- Leverage Pavilion's existing member community as a growth engine through referral programs, member stories, and advocacy initiatives
- Partner with Events and Chapter teams to use experiences (virtual events, chapter previews, flagship conferences) as conversion moments
- Monitor and optimize conversion rates at each funnel stage
- Create closed-loop reporting with Sales to track campaign influence and member source attribution
- Build dashboards to track demand gen performance: pipeline generated, CAC by channel, conversion rates, campaign ROI
- Conduct regular campaign post-mortems and share learnings across Marketing
- Analyze member acquisition data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Test and optimize messaging, offers, landing pages, and CTAs to improve performance
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on pipeline health and forecast
- Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality, provide feedback loops, and align on target accounts.
- Work with Product Marketing to translate member value propositions into compelling campaign narratives.
- Collaborate with Content Marketing to develop assets (guides, webinars, tools) that support demand gen campaigns.
- Coordinate with Brand and Creative teams on campaign design and asset development.
- Align with Member Experience on onboarding and early member journey to improve conversion and retention.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaign experience
- Proven track record of making a meaningful contribution to pipeline and revenue targets
- Experience with membership, community, or subscription business models strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in digital marketing channels: paid social, SEM, email, content syndication, webinars
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy and action.
- Familiarity with community-led growth and advocacy program development preferred.
- Knowledge of attribution modeling and multi-touch attribution preferred.
