About the role
- Work directly with clients to implement tailored products and solutions based on their needs
- Act as a key operational point of contact, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks
- Handle and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) accurately and within required timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Operations) to resolve issues and deliver solutions
- Monitor operational workflows and proactively identify areas for optimization
- Support onboarding and scaling of new and existing clients
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or a similar role
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in banking, fintech, or financial operations is a strong plus
- Strong analytical thinking and process improvement mindset
- Fluent English (mandatory) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
