About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure consistent implementation of sales strategies and targets using appropriate management tools
- Initiate, lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to achieve sales and company objectives
- Manage and further develop sales performance based on relevant KPIs
- Act as contact person and interface between Sales and internal specialist departments
- Optimize sales processes and ensure an efficient and compliant organizational setup
- Analyze and evaluate customer, market and competitor information as a basis for strategic decisions
- Support corporate planning and prepare and evaluate financial analyses and decision papers for executive management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in sales controlling, sales management, business development or a similar role
- Experience in project management and in leading/coordinating cross-functional projects
- Sound knowledge of controlling, corporate planning and KPI-driven management
- Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; ideally experienced with BI and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- High numerical affinity and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication and assertiveness with a confident presence at different hierarchical levels
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style.
