About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing a variety of HR projects
  • Support coordination with internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth communication and project documentation
  • Actively support the HR department head by conducting research, preparing relevant information and creating presentations and decision-making documents
  • Support the Learning & Development team with organization, coordination and administrative handling of training and personnel development measures
  • Handle organizational and administrative tasks in the operational HR day-to-day business
  • Support the planning, organization and execution of workshops, trainings and HR events
  • Contribute to the continuous development and optimization of HR processes and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a comparable field
  • Initial practical experience in HR, for example through internships, student assistant roles or first relevant professional experience
  • Interest in a broad range of HR topics and willingness to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new tasks and projects
  • Structured, careful and independent working style combined with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills and enjoyment working with a variety of internal and external contacts
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; good English skills are an advantage.
