About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordination with our Supply & Demand Planning department to ensure product availability and optimize production capacity
Continuous monitoring and development of goods flows for international markets
Operational supply chain coordination and communication with the internal organization, customers and logistics partners
Management of goods and loading availability as well as monitoring of loading for FCL/LCL (overseas) and FTL/LTL (overland) transports
Coordination of logistics service providers and pickup freight forwarders, and support in performance reviews and negotiation meetings
Transport management and oversight of service providers
Implementation of supply chain standards for sustainable quality assurance and support in developing a supply chain KPI structure

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial training (freight forwarding clerk) or degree in business/economics with a focus on logistics, or comparable qualification
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the FMCG environment with a focus on inter-/multimodal transports (emphasis on sea freight)
Experience in an international environment and with export operations; project management experience is desirable
Business fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
High self-motivation and enjoyment of communication and working with international customers and team members in a dynamic environment
Customer- and quality-oriented mindset and approach
Commitment, team spirit and resilience
Goal-oriented, reliable and independent working style
