About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and management of all internal communication activities
Managing and further developing internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, email), including audience-appropriate distribution
Developing and implementing communication concepts for strategic projects
Creating and ensuring the quality of management communications, in close coordination with the Head of Corporate Communications
Close collaboration with HR, IT and other central functions to ensure that relevant topics and initiatives are communicated appropriately to target groups
Advising and supporting leaders and business units in planning and executing internal communication topics
Ensuring effective communication cascades
Monitoring, evaluating and optimizing internal communication activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Communication, Journalism, Media Studies or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience (>7 years) in a similar role
Experience developing and implementing internal communication strategies and campaigns
Proficiency with intranet and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Staffbase)
Strong editorial skills, creativity and a keen sense of tone and audience
Experience in change and leadership communication
Affinity for social media (particularly LinkedIn)
Strong communication skills, empathy and a reliable, professional presence
Proactive personality with enjoyment in independently identifying, proposing and implementing topics
High sensitivity to internal dynamics combined with a positive mindset and a hands-on mentality
Team-oriented and constructive in collaboration, with a respectful, solution-focused approach
