About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Central point of contact for managers and employees on all personnel-related and employment law matters
  • Roll-out and implementation of HR concepts (e.g., Recruiting, Talent Management, etc.) within the business units
  • Initial labor-law assessment of individual personnel measures
  • Collaboration with works council bodies
  • Preparation and drafting of works agreements
  • Implementation of personnel (special) individual measures (esp. warnings, termination by mutual agreement, dismissals)
  • On-site handling of HR special topics and HR projects, and support for group-wide HR projects
  • Support for employee development measures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or comparable qualification
  • 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in HR management, ideally in a logistics environment
  • Experience in working with the works council
  • Good knowledge of employment law
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP HCM
  • Professional appearance, empathy and strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels
  • High degree of flexibility, initiative and assertiveness
  • Solution-oriented and implementation-focused working style with a hands-on mentality
  • Pragmatic approach to work
