HR Business Partner – Part-time
Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe GmbH & Co. KGaAHR Business Partner supporting management and employees on HR-related matters at Paulaner Brewery. Focus on HR concepts, labor law, and employee development within a traditional company culture.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Central point of contact for managers and employees on all personnel-related and employment law matters
- Roll-out and implementation of HR concepts (e.g., Recruiting, Talent Management, etc.) within the business units
- Initial labor-law assessment of individual personnel measures
- Collaboration with works council bodies
- Preparation and drafting of works agreements
- Implementation of personnel (special) individual measures (esp. warnings, termination by mutual agreement, dismissals)
- On-site handling of HR special topics and HR projects, and support for group-wide HR projects
- Support for employee development measures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or comparable qualification
- 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in HR management, ideally in a logistics environment
- Experience in working with the works council
- Good knowledge of employment law
- Confident user of MS Office and SAP HCM
- Professional appearance, empathy and strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels
- High degree of flexibility, initiative and assertiveness
- Solution-oriented and implementation-focused working style with a hands-on mentality
- Pragmatic approach to work
