About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Central point of contact for managers and employees on all personnel-related and employment law matters
Roll-out and implementation of HR concepts (e.g., Recruiting, Talent Management, etc.) within the business units
Initial labor-law assessment of individual personnel measures
Collaboration with works council bodies
Preparation and drafting of works agreements
Implementation of personnel (special) individual measures (esp. warnings, termination by mutual agreement, dismissals)
On-site handling of HR special topics and HR projects, and support for group-wide HR projects
Support for employee development measures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or comparable qualification
3–6 years of relevant professional experience in HR management, ideally in a logistics environment
Experience in working with the works council
Good knowledge of employment law
Confident user of MS Office and SAP HCM
Professional appearance, empathy and strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels
High degree of flexibility, initiative and assertiveness
Solution-oriented and implementation-focused working style with a hands-on mentality
